Michael Henry is the Founder and Director of Acorn Consulting. Mr. Henry has demonstrated significant achievements within the energy and infrastructure verticals by advancing issues before Congress and the Administration. His background and contacts have shown a durable ability, spanning more than two decades of assisting clients as they realize success in policy matters and in securing funding.

Crystal Ellerbe is Vice President of Acorn Consulting, providing federal government strategic counsel to education, municipal, and private sector clients. She has served in leadership roles in successful government relations advocacy campaigns for over two decades, both in-house and as an external consultant.

Sara Frances is a Policy Analyst for Acorn Consulting. She is a passionate advocate and point of contact for clients, organizing outreach initiatives in the transportation vertical, advancing clients' funding priorities in the appropriations arena, and coordinating client schedules for District and Agency visits.
